The responsible body for the collection, processing and use of your personal data is:
BITCar One EOOD

The user can visit our website anonymously. However, each time a user accesses our website, his or her internet browser transmits the following data to our web server by default: the date and time of access, the sender's IP address, the requested resource, the http method and the http user agent header. However, our web server stores this data separately from other data, and it is not possible for us to assign this data to a specific person. After an anonymous evaluation for statistical purposes, this data is immediately deleted.

The personal data voluntarily provided to us by the user is stored by our company in a computer centre in accordance with the latest security standards and protected against unauthorised access by third parties. We will not pass on this data, unless we are obliged to do so by law or official order or the user has given us express permission to do so.

We would then like to explain what data we collect, what we use it for and how we protect the data.

What data is collected and processed and for what purposes?
(1) Registration:

When the user places an order through BITCAR-ONE we collect the data necessary to carry out the contractual relationship; these are in particular name, address, and e-mail address (‘contact data’) as well as - in the case of separate purchases of goods subject to a charge - the order and payment provider data (‘order data’).

We collect this data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR on the basis of the contract concluded with you for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

(2) Connection information:

When you use the BITCAR-ONE website, usage data generated by the Internet connection, such as static or dynamic IP addresses, is collected. We use the usage data that is collected only to prevent misuse and disruptions and to optimise our services in accordance with legal requirements.

We collect this data on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR in order to protect our legitimate interests, namely to optimise our offer.

§ 2. Data collection and disclosure

(1) Personal data is only collected if the user voluntarily provides it during the registration process. BITCAR-ONE uses the transmitted personal data (e.g. title, name, address, email address) without separate express consent in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection law solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

This data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) point b GDPR, on the basis of the contract concluded with you for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

(2) Beyond the aforementioned disclosure, all personal data of the user transmitted to BITCAR-ONE will not be made accessible to third parties without the user's separate written consent, unless this is required by law or official order.

§ 4. Information on data security

(1) How secure is data transmission to BITCAR-ONE?

All data that the user provides to BITCAR-ONE is encrypted and transmitted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method. SSL is a proven and globally used encryption system that the browser uses to automatically encrypt data before sending it to us.

(2) How secure is my data in the BITCAR-ONE database?

We use high BITCAR-ONE security standards for our database and our Internet server to ensure effective protection against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and deletion of user data.

§ 5. Duration of processing

We process your data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil our contract or to comply with applicable legal requirements. If you request the deletion of your data, we will delete your data immediately, provided that the deletion does not conflict with any legal retention requirements. Otherwise, your data will be deleted upon complete fulfilment of the contract.
